ఎంపిక విధానం: కంప్యూటర్ బేస్డ్ టెస్ట్ (టైర్‌ 1, టైర్‌ 2), స్కిల్‌ టెస్ట్/ టైపింగ్‌ టెస్ట్ (టైర్‌ ౩) ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ నిర్వహిస్తారు.
పరీక్షా విధానం: టైర్‌-1 పరీక్ష 200 మార్కులకి ఆబ్జెక్టివ్‌ టైప్‌ మల్టిపుల్‌ ఛాయిస్‌ ప్రశ్నల రూపంలో ఉంటుంది. ప్రశ్నపత్రం ఇంగ్లిష్‌, హిందీ మాధ్యమంలో ఉంటుంది. దీనికి నెగిటివ్‌ మార్కింగ్‌ ఉంటుంది. తప్పు సమాధానానికి 0.50 మార్కు కోత విధిస్తారు. పరీక్షా సమయం 60 నిమిషాలు ఉంటుంది.

టైర్‌-2 పరీక్ష (డిస్ర్కిప్టివ్‌ పేపర్‌): దీన్ని 100 మార్కులకు పెన్‌ అండ్ పేపర్‌ పద్ధతిలో నిర్వహిస్తారు. పరీక్షా సమయం 60 నిమిషాలు ఉంటుంది. టైర్‌-1 + టైర్‌ 2లో సాధించిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థుల్ని టైర్‌ -3 (స్కిల్‌ టెస్ట్/ టైపింగ్‌ టెస్ట్)కి ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
దరఖాస్తు విధానం: ఆన్‌లైన్‌ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు: ఇతరులు రూ.100 చెల్లించాలి. ఎస్సీ/ ఎస్టీ/ పీడబ్ల్యూడీ/ మహిళా అభ్యర్థులకు ఫీజు లేదు.

SSC CHSL Recruitment 2021 Pay Scale:
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Pay Level-2 (Rs.19,900-63,200).
- Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).Page 2 of 65
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs.29,200-92,300).
- Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’: Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100).

Educational Qualifications (As on 07-03-2022) Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam:
- For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
- For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
- The candidates must possess Essential qualification on or before the closing date for receipt of online applications i.e. 07-03-2022.

Application Fee SSC CHSL Recruitment 2021 :
- Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs one hundred only).
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
