అర్హత
1. జూనియర్ మేనేజర్: సంబంధిత విభాగాన్ని అనుసరించి బ్యాచిలర్స్ డిగ్రీ (సివిల్ ఇంజనీరింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్ ఇంజనీరింగ్/మెకట్రానిక్స్ ఇంజనీ రింగ్/ప్రొడక్షన్ ఇంజనీరింగ్/ఆటోమొబైల్/కంట్రోల్/మాన్యుఫ్యాక్చ రింగ్), ఎంబీఏ/ పీడీజీసీఏ/ పీజీడీబీఎం/ పీజీడీఎం ఉత్తీర్ణత)
వయసు: 18 నుంచి 27 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి
జీతభత్యాలు: నెలకు రూ.50,000 నుంచి రూ.1,60,000 వరకు చెల్లిస్తారు.
2.ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్: సంబంధిత విభాగాన్ని అనుసరించి డిప్లొమా(సివిల్ ఇంజనీరింగ్, ఎలక్ట్రికల్/ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్/పవర్ సప్లయ్/ఇండస్ట్రియల్/అప్ల యిడ్ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్, మైక్రోప్రాసెసర్/కమ్యూనికేషన్/డిజిటల్ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్/ కంప్యూటర్ అప్లికేషన్ ఇంజనీరింగ్) ఉత్తీర్ణత.
వయసు: 18 నుంచి 30 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి
జీతభత్యాలు: నెలకు రూ.30,000 నుంచి రూ.1,20,000 వరకు చెల్లిస్తారు.
3. జూనియర్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్: 10వ తరగతి, సంబంధిత విభాగాల్లో ఐటీఐ ఉత్తీర్ణత
వయసు: 18 నుంచి 30 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి
జీతభత్యాలు: నెలకు రూ.25,000 నుంచి రూ.68,000 వరకు చెల్లిస్తారు.
ఎంపిక విధానం: కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారిత పరీక్ష, సర్టిఫికెట్ వెరిఫికేషన్/ ఇంటర్వ్యూ ఆధారంగా తుది ఎంపిక ఉంటుంది.
