IB Recruitment 2023: Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released the Intelligence Bureau Recruitment 2023 Notification PDF to select eligible candidates for the post of Security Assistant/Executive (SA/Exe) & Multi-Tasking Staff/General (MTS/Gen) in the Intelligence Bureau. Intelligence Bureau IB 1675 Sec Asst MTS Recruitment 2023 Eligibility

The required eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification, age limit, and domicile have been listed below as per IB Recruitment 2023 Notification.

  2. The candidate must have knowledge of any one of the local languages/dialects mentioned in Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.

Not exceeding 27 years as on 10.02.2023
Domicile Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which the candidate has applied.

Age Limit: For Security Assistant :Not more than 27 years
Age Limit: Multi Tasking Staff : 18-25 years
Not exceeding 27 years as on 10.02.2023
  1. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST & by 3 years for OBC candidates.
  2. Upper age limit is relaxable for departmental candidates up to 40 years of age who have rendered 3 years of regular & continuous service. This relaxation is applicable only to Central Govt. Civilian employees holding civil posts & not applicable to personnel working in PSUs, Autonomous/Statuary bodies, etc.
  3. The age limit is relaxable up to age of 35 years for general candidates & up to 40 years for SC/ST in case of widows, divorced women & women judicially separated from their husbands & not remarried.
The age limit is relaxable for ex-servicemen as well as for the children & dependents of victims of riots of 2002 in Gujarat& Sikh riots of 1984 as per the Govt. instructions in this regard issued from time to time.

Intelligence Bureau IB 1675 Sec Asst MTS Recruitment 2023 Application Fee

The candidates have to submit their online application form for IB Recruitment 2023 along with the required application fee. Payments through the SBI challan generated on the last day of closure of online application forms can be submitted in the bank till 10th Feb 2023 (during banking hours only The category-wise application fee is as below-

  1. It is in 02 components (Examination Fee: Rs. 50/- & Recruitment Processing Charges: Rs. 450/-)and to be paid as under:

The selection criteria for IB Recruitment 2023 include 3 stages of the recruitment process-

Stage 1- Tier 1 (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen)

Stage 2- Tier 2 (Part-1) Offline Exam of Descriptive type (Common for SA/Exe & MTS/Gen)

Tier 2 (Part-2) Spoken ability (only for SA/Exe)

Stage 3- Tier 3: Interview/Personality test
